ABSTRACT

This research is done at NGO in Banda Aceh  with aim to know the influence of accountability principle and transparency principle application in finance to NGO performance with  simultan or parsial. 

Responden in this research is the NGO leadership in Banda aceh.  This research type have the character of korelasional with 20 populations. Technics of data analysis the used is regression analysis. 

Result of this research indicate that accountability principle and transparency principle application in finance have the influence by simultan to NGO performance. Accountability principle and transparency principle application in finance have the influence by parsial to NGO performance.
